Refund policy

Every Simply Set is hand-painted and made to order to your own nail measurements. Because each set is custom-sized for you, all sales are final, and we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. For hygiene reasons, nails that have been applied can't be returned.

Getting the right fit

Your sizing kit is there so we can confirm your fit before we paint, and we make every set to the sizes you submit. If a set doesn't fit because the sizes submitted were incorrect, it isn't eligible for a refund or a free remake. You can, however, order individual replacement nails in the correct size for a small fee, plus shipping.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered — the wrong design, or a shape or size that differs from the sizes you submitted — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake or replace the affected nails at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order is already being prepared and can no longer be cancelled.

Custom sets

Custom sets are designed to your brief. Once you've approved and paid for your quote, your custom set is final sale, apart from the damaged and incorrect order cover above.
