We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

How long your order takes

Every set is hand-painted to order, so timing depends on whether we already have your sizes.

First order, no sizes on file: your sizing kit ships within 2–3 business days. Once you send us your sizes, your set is hand-painted and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Sizes already on file: your set is hand-painted and shipped within 5–7 business days of your order.
Custom sets: the 5–7 business days begin once you've approved and paid your quote and your sizes are confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. If you order more than one set, they ship together in one parcel.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier; Express is faster than standard.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before your order ships.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, as set out in our Refund policy. If your tracking stops updating or your parcel seems lost, contact us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.
