Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Simply Set, including orders placed through this website and custom orders we quote for you. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

Our products

Every set is hand-painted and made to order. Because each set is made by hand, small variations in colour, pattern and detail from the photos are part of what makes it unique, and aren't defects. Colours can also look slightly different depending on your screen.

Each set is made to the nail sizes you submit. You're responsible for submitting accurate sizes, which is what our sizing kit is for. Sets made to incorrect sizes you provided are covered by our Refund policy.

Custom orders and quotes

For custom sets, you send us your design notes and inspiration, and we reply with a quote. Submitting a request doesn't commit you to anything, and nothing is charged until you approve and pay your quote. We'll do our best to bring your idea to life, but hand-painted work is an interpretation of your inspiration rather than an exact copy, and we may decline a request we can't make well.

By sending us inspiration images, you confirm you're allowed to share them. We use them only to design and make your order, and we won't share images you send us without your permission.

Pricing, availability and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed with a pricing error or we're unable to make it. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Wearing your nails

Please follow the application and removal instructions included with your order. Press-on nails and adhesives aren't suitable for everyone: if you have sensitive skin or known allergies to nail products, check the materials first, and stop using them if you notice irritation. We're not responsible for damage to natural nails caused by improper application or removal.

Our designs and content

The designs, photos and text on this website belong to Simply Set. You're welcome to share photos of yourself wearing your nails, but please don't copy or reproduce our designs or images for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
